What work is shown in our recent projects?
Our recent projects are grouped by type of work. Select any photo to see it full size. To find out more about a type of job, see our boiler installation, central heating, gas fire installation and domestic plumbing pages.
Boiler installations and repairs
Most of the boilers we fit are Vaillant gas boilers, installed with neat copper pipework and, where suitable, a magnetic system filter. The last two photos show a boiler opened up for a service and a worn fan impeller we replaced during a repair. Read more about boiler installation and boiler servicing and repairs.
Central heating and hot water
These jobs include an unvented hot water cylinder fitted alongside a floor-standing boiler, heating zone valves and an airing cupboard cylinder. See our central heating service for radiators, cylinders and controls.
Gas fires, stoves and electric fires
Fires are in our name. These projects range from frameless and hole-in-the-wall gas fires to cast iron gas stoves, traditional living-flame and coal-effect fires, wood-burning stoves and a wall-mounted electric fire. See our gas fire installation page for the types we fit.
Showers, water softeners and cold water tanks
This set shows a walk-in shower enclosure, a water softener and a loft cold water tank clean, from the sludge we found to the cleaned tank with its float valve refitted. Find out more about our domestic plumbing.
